Seed Capital is a programme of iLEAD Global, led by Master Coach Raphael Djine, its Founder and CEO. It exists so that a member of the network with a plan is not held back by the size of a single payment.
It is not a bank and not a loan product. It's an accompaniment process: you choose a programme from the group catalogue — a herd, a plot, a course — contribute your own share, and we pay a vetted partner directly. Every financing ends with something real in a member's hands, and someone who stayed with them the whole way.

Three partners, one method
Seed Capital doesn't deliver programmes itself — it finances them and holds the partner to account. All three sit within Raphael Djine's ecosystem, and share its 2040 ambition: to change 2 billion lives and help 2 million people own real estate. Whichever programme you choose, funds go straight to the partner and never to you.

We share a conviction that solving a member's problem matters more than closing a financing. An adviser who talks someone out of a programme they cannot carry has done their job well.
