- You are attached to the iLEAD Global network — member, affiliate, employee, graduate of our schools, or a DIG property client
- Your project is a programme in the catalogue — nothing outside it
- Your own-contribution is ready — 30% of the amount financed
- What you are asking for is no more than half of what you have already committed with the group
- You have no outstanding arrears on a Seed Capital financing
